In general, we have a no refund policy on clothing items and special orders. We cannot sell clothes that have been worn (except to try on), even if it has been dry cleaned (which is not good for the sensitive coconut buttons on your shirt). In the event we approve a refund, the item(s) must be authorized by Tropically Yours with a confirmation code. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt at buyers expense, not worn, and in sellable condition. You will then be refunded your cost, minus original shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent postage paid. We will not accept C.O.D.īs. We reserve the right refuse a refund for any piece of clothing that shows signs of being worn. For example: heavy cologne/perfume, smoke, or damage). We inspect all items prior to being ship to a customer; we also inspect all items that are returned. Our return policy is the way it is because we believe if you no longer want the item you will know immediately, not 30 days later. Last minute cancellations after an order has been placed but before shipment will also result in a 15% cancellation fee; this is due to the fees charged to us per transaction through our shopping cart system. Cancellation of a special order will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If for some reason you have trouble paying for your order via paypal, please notify us for an alternate way to pay. We will accept a check or USPS money order snail mailed to us. However, unless otherwise told, we will wait until your check clears before we ship your order. We have a $35 return check fee. This reflects our bank's policy on return checks and what they charge us. We will not sell your information to third parties or anyone for that matter - with the exception of complying with legal proceedings (which will hopefully never happen). We value and respect the privacy of our customers. Unfortunately we cannot control against phishing and hackers; please guard your privacy. We have an online catalog available in PDF format. At this time we do not offer International shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO's. This will change when we update our website to offer more and better shipping options. We will never ship to Nigeria; it is not only our policy, but the policy of many banks and credit card processing companies. Orders are normally shipped within three (3) business days. If you choose Express Mail, UPS or FedEx for your shipping needs your order will be shipped the next business day unless otherwise notified. We have no control over the holiday rush and mail delivery. If you are ordering something that is time sensitive, please plan accordingly and ask for the appropriate shipping method.
