Adult shirts are a standard extra-small, small, medium, large, extra large, 2X, 3X and 4X. Men and women measure the same as far as standard sizes are concerned; it's not tricky or messed up like men and women shoes (shoe size: women's 8 is a man's 10). Pockets are lined up on most shirts so that they blend in with the pattern of the shirt. The ready made shirts on this page run large so if you are an XL you might want to order a Large.
